Results, scores, and projections generated are estimates only, calculated from the data and assumptions you input (e.g. property value, CPF balances, income, interest rates) and general assumptions about CPF rules, loan frameworks, and market conditions at the time of calculation.
Propscore SG is not a property valuation, not a loan or mortgage pre-approval, not a CPF usage confirmation, and not a guarantee of any investment return, resale value, or eligibility outcome.
Assumptions used in the tool (e.g. CPF interest/withdrawal rules, HDB/URA policies, interest rate benchmarks) may become outdated or may not reflect your personal circumstances in full.
